Delete your Stiliva account
This page explains how users of the Stiliva mobile app and stiliva.com can request deletion of their account and related data. Stiliva is operated at stiliva.com ([email protected]).
1. Delete in the Stiliva app (recommended)
If you can still sign in, delete the account yourself:
- Mobile: Open Stiliva → Profile → “Delete my account” → enter your password → confirm.
- Web: Sign in at app.stiliva.com → Account → “Delete my account” → enter your password → confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately: you are signed out and can no longer log in with that account.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the in-app flow (for example you lost access), email us from the address registered to your Stiliva account:
- To: [email protected]
- Subject: Stiliva account deletion request
- Include: the email and username of the account you want deleted, and confirm that you are the account owner.
We process email requests within 14 days after we verify ownership. We may ask for additional information to prevent unauthorized deletion.
3. Data deleted
When your Stiliva account is deleted, we remove or scrub:
- Account identifiers: email, username, display name, and password
- Profile and body fields: height, weight, birth date, model preference, bio
- Profile media: avatar and private selfie files from storage
- Active sessions (refresh tokens) and the ability to sign in
- Active subscription status is canceled where applicable
4. Data that may be retained
After identifiers are scrubbed, some records may remain in anonymized form:
- Associated content: wardrobe photos, outfits, wear logs, social posts/comments/likes, and similar content tied to the anonymized account ID — typically purged from active systems within 30 days, or sooner if you ask [email protected].
- Billing & credits: credit ledger / transaction records may be kept up to 24 months (or longer if required by tax or accounting law).
- Security & legal: limited logs needed for fraud prevention, abuse investigation, or legal compliance may be kept up to 12 months.
Retained records are not used to identify you or to restore your account. See also our Privacy Policy.
