Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stiliva mobile app and stiliva.com (together, the “Service”), operated by Stiliva (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Using Stiliva
Stiliva helps you catalogue clothing you own, generates AI-assisted outfit suggestions, and lets you optionally share looks with other users. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and not to misuse it — for example, by uploading content you don't have the right to share, harassing other users, attempting to disrupt the Service, or circumventing credit or rate limits.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it back to you (and, where you choose to publish it publicly, to other users) solely to operate the Service — including running it through third-party AI providers for background removal, tagging, outfit generation, or model visualization. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to use.
4. Social features
If you publish a look, profile, or comment publicly, other users can see it. Be respectful — we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, harass others, or that we determine are harmful to the Service or its users, at our reasonable discretion.
5. Credits & purchases
Some features (AI suggestions, previews, photo clean-up) consume credits. Credits granted for free (such as sign-up credits or rewarded-ad credits) have no cash value and are non-transferable. Where paid credits or subscriptions are offered, pricing and billing terms are shown at the time of purchase; purchases are generally final except where required otherwise by law.
6. AI-generated results
Outfit suggestions, tags, and preview images are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unusual, or not to your taste. Stiliva is a styling aid, not professional advice, and we don't guarantee that any suggestion, tag, or visualization will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time — see our Account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk to the Service or other users.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for new features or legal requirements. We will post the new date at the top of this page; material changes may also be highlighted in the app or by email where appropriate. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
