Privacy Policy
Stiliva (“we”, “us”) operates the Stiliva mobile app and stiliva.com. This policy explains what personal and device-related data we process, why we process it, and what choices you have.
1. Who we are
Stiliva is a wardrobe and outfit service. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected]. Our services run on cloud infrastructure; the contact above is the data request channel.
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use Stiliva, we may process:
- Account data: email, username, display name, password (stored only as a secure hash), language (locale), and time zone.
- Wardrobe content: photos you upload of clothing items, derived thumbnails, and AI-assisted labels (category, colors, tags, notes you add).
- Outfits & usage: saved outfit suggestions, “wear today” logs, credit balance and ledger entries, and optional AI-generated preview images.
- Profile & body (optional): height, weight, birth date, model preference, public bio, avatar, and a private selfie used only for “show on model” visualization — never shown on social feeds by default.
- Social (if you use it): posts, comments, likes, follows, blocks, and reports when your profile visibility is public or you interact with others.
- Device & session: mobile app stores login tokens on your device (secure storage); our servers may record browser or app user-agent and IP address with refresh sessions for security and abuse prevention.
- Notifications (web): if you enable browser push, we store push subscription endpoints and keys; the mobile app uses in-app notifications from our API (no sale of data).
- Advertising (mobile): we use Google AdMob for rewarded ads. On iOS we may ask for App Tracking Transparency; if you decline, ads are requested in non-personalized mode where supported.
We do not require payment card data in the app today (billing integrations may be stubbed). We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we use data
- Provide and secure your account, sync preferences, and deliver wardrobe and outfit features.
- Run AI classification, background removal, outfit suggestions, and optional visualize-on-model using third-party AI providers when you trigger those features (and spend credits where applicable).
- Show social features, notifications, and moderation tools you choose to use.
- Improve reliability, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
4. Sharing & processors
We share data only with service providers that help us operate Stiliva (hosting/CDN storage, AI inference, advertising, email delivery if enabled), under contracts that limit use to providing the service. Public profile fields and public posts are visible to other users as you configure. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Retention & deletion
We keep account and content data while your account is active. You can delete optional profile media (avatar, selfie) in the app. You may request account deletion from profile/settings (or by emailing us); this deactivates login, revokes sessions, removes profile and private media from storage where applicable, and scrubs direct identifiers while retaining minimal records where required for billing or legal obligations. Steps and retention details: Account deletion.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed; API access uses short-lived tokens. Wardrobe and selfie images are stored under access-controlled keys (signed URLs or private prefixes). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password.
7. Your choices & rights
You can update profile data in the app, choose private or public profile visibility, and opt out of personalized ads on iOS via system tracking settings. Depending on your region (including Türkiye and the EEA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing — contact [email protected].
8. Children
Stiliva is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy for new features or legal requirements. We will post the new date at the top of this page; material changes may also be highlighted in the app or by email where appropriate.
